Jorge Quevedo Cuadros is a peruvian general manager. he has  has a lot of experience during ten years as administrator on one of the most very well recognized  ecology tourist agency on birdwatching.

Alejandro Tello Guevara, A bilingual guide in Lima: Santa Eulalia Valley at the east, Lomas de Lachay and Paraiso lagoons at the north, and Pantanos de Villa marshes, Puerto Viejo beach and Pucusana beach (Humboldt peruvian penguin).

Juan Jose Chalco luna, A bilingual guide in Arequipa region: in Colca Canyon,  Manu, Cuzco. Also in Carpish and the north of Peru.

He also is a good driver.
