Payment forms accepted by Birds in Peru are: Bank Transfer, the MOTO System, and our safe Shopping Cart online option (Only with Visa card).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Banco de Crédito del Perú charges Birds in Peru US $18.00 for every overseas transfer, so we request that you take this amount into consideration when completing the transfer transaction, taking care to add it in to the total, so that we receive the accurate quoted amount. We also suggest that you ask your bank about their policy for such overseas transfer transaction.
MOTO payment System (Mail Order/Telephone Order)
Should you choose to pay via this option the protocol is as follows:
Obtain a copy of both sides of your credit card, your identity card and passport, and print clearly your details alongside. Copies must be as legible as possible.
Next, follow the instructions under MOTO format and download the form, to be filled out and signed by you.
The documents may be scanned and sent with the JPG extension to the following e-mail vmbirdsinperu@saaqp.com.pe, or photocopied and sent via fax to +51-1-2225910 with attention to Sr. Victor Martinez.
Shopping Cart (Only with VISA)
This is another payment option available for use from the comfort of your home or office.

Payments Policy
The Payment Policies of Birds in Peru are the commonly accepted and they are:
- All reservations should be made 90 days in advance; otherwise we reserve the right of issuing the respective voucher.
- Payment of reservations should be made 60 days in advance. Cancellation of reservations at least 60 days in advance will result in a refund MINUS $150.00 per person. If cancellation is made between 59 and 25 days in advance, there will be a 50% charge over the total amount; and if it is made 25 days or less in advance the charge will be 100%.
- Our prices don’t include airport expenses and taxes or any other further tax set forth by the Government.
- Passenger information must be sent with the reservation application in order to receive a confirmation.
- The confirmation in high season will be carried out 2 months before travel date.
- Birds in Peru are not responsible for reservations not made directly with us.
- Prices are valid for one year. There is an extra cost during national days, Christmas and days prior to New Years or upon Government Regulation.
- Our Seat in Car Service is only in Spanish or English. For other languages, please take the Private Service or ask for the proposed price.
- All our prices are quoted to be invoiced directly to the Foreign Travel Agency (without address in Peru)
- All payments are to be made in American dollars or in Peruvian Soles (Peruvian currency) at the current date exchange rate.
- Bank charges for international deposits are not included in our prices.
